Return Instructions:

• Please email us to receive a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA).
• Your RMA will be valid for 10 days and must be noted on the outside of your returned package.
• Returns received without an RMA will be refused.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the reason for your return.
• Return the item in original condition to the address above.
• Once your return is received we will promptly issue a refund of the purchase price, S&H is non-refundable.

If you return merchandise that qualified your order for free shipping you will be charged shipping and handling costs of the original shipment.
We are not responsible for returned shipments that do not reach us. For your protection please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a refund.

We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please be sure your mailing address is correct. We can not be responsible for misdirected shipments. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address we will contact you to obtain a correct address and your order will be reshipped to you at your cost. If you do not provide an alternate address and the return postage cost we will refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible but delivery times are not guaranteed.

• Domestic mail is usually delivered in 2-7 business days.
• International mail is usually delivered in 5-12 business days.

Occasionally mail is delayed in the postal system. If you are experiencing an extended delivery time we will do our best to locate your package. Please understand that domestic mail is not considered lost until after 30 days and international mail is not considered lost until after 45 days.
